With an Instagram full of a fun, flirty voice that entices fans to (swim)suit up and spend the day lounging high above the beaches of South Beach- Florida, 1Hotels and 1Rooftop was one of my favorite brand voices to develop. With few custom image resources coming out of the first 6 months of the account we leaned heavily on UGC for Instagram posts and stories. By pairing our persona with a carefully curated feed of images from fans we increased engagements by 43% and impressions by 37% in just 4 months.
