To celebrate USAA's centennial milestone, we launched a community-engaging 360-degree celebration campaign that spanned social media, web, OOH, digital, multi-city activation, and a beautiful book made for Senior staff and long-service employees. The campaign introduced our audience to the company's rich history of commitment to service and excellence.

After the central pillar of our campaign fell through, we quickly implemented a significant pivot that spawned a 100-car giveaway and a pitch contest that spanned 10 cities over the course of the year, both of which I had the pleasure of conceptualizing with my talented team as the Senior Copywriter. Our strategic use of social media amplified our reach, while dynamic web and video content kept our audience informed and excited about the festivities.
